If I had to pick a mantra, I think it would be: Where ever you go, there you are.

It's been a great time so far. Almost everyone has greeted us with the same warmness that we have tried to show them. We were only going to stay for a week. It's been two already.

We visited his garden last week, but have not got the chance to make his acquaintance. When we do, I will be sure to mention you guys.

I hope you have better luck locating it in the truck camper. If so, I hope you like what you find. Most people either love or hate Slab City. While there is a lot of garbage here, rotten people are pretty rare.

It's also a good place to get some work done. We have sprint EVDO and the connection is incredibly fast. You can also be a hermit if you want and no one will bother you. Though, if you were, you would really be missing out. Most of the folks here are friendly and interesting.

If you do come out this way before we leave, be sure to look us up!

Yeah... the weather is is best in the country right now. I'm loving it! Today was a little warmer than the last few. It was 80F.

I tried to seek out slab city once by bicycle and failed. Looking forward to my first visit in the camper! Soak up some warmth for the rest of us...

We love the slabs!! Hope you're having an awesome time.

If you get a chance, seek out Container Charlie at East Jesus (down at the end of Sidewinder Rd - last road before the bombing fields). Tell him Technomadia sent ya. http://chaster.us
